The room we were given for our weekend was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made efforts to assist us even though we could barely speak the language. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was satisfying. The hotel is located in a quiet area of the city, but not too far from several shops and restaurants.
It was frustrating to have to argue our case with the receptionist, who didn't seem to understand our concerns. This extra billing left a sour taste in our mouths and made us feel like we had been taken advantage of.

Had a romantic escape in a small hotel located close to the city center. Enjoyed the cozy room with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Loved having breakfast served and the option to have it delivered to our room. the hotel had a great view of the city and was centrally located near the main tourist attractions.
We were a bit upset when we found out about the additional charges not included in our prepaid reservation. the lack of communication regarding the additional charges caused some frustration during the checkout process.
